Fees

The cost for a standard 50 minute consultation with a Clinical Psychologist is $230.00. If you are referred to our service under a Mental Health Care Plan from your Doctor, you are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $129.55 for six sessions. A further four sessions can be made available under your care plan following a review with your Doctor.

The cost for a standard 50 minute consultation with a registered Psychologist is $210.00. If you are referred to our service under a Mental Health Care Plan from your Doctor, you are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $89.65 for six sessions. A further four sessions can be made available under your care plan following a review with your Doctor.

Please check with your Private Health Fund to see if you are eligible to claim through your health fund. Mosts funds require that the Medicare sessions have been utilised for the calendar year prior to providing a rebate.

Fees are payable at the time of the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life is busy and unpredictable and that appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please give your Psychologists 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A late cancellation fee of $100.00 may be charged for cancellations within 24 hours and the full fee for the session may be charged for failing to attend your appointment without notice.

NDIS

The Psychologists at the Blue Mountains Clinic are not registered NDIS providers, however they are available to provide psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions to clients who choose to be on a self-managed NDIS plan. External Agencies

The Psychologists at the Blue Mountains Clinic are registered to provided psychological services with a number external agencies including WorkCover, FaCS, Open Arms, Defence, Victims of Crime, and a number of NGO’s.
